Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship absolutely everywhere.
All of our items are made to order per customer. We work as fast as we can to get your item to you, but please take note of the time frames below. Any queries about deadlines or requirements please email us before placing an order! If you require next day delivery (UK), please email us.
UK please allow 5-10 working days
You will be sent a dispatch email to inform you that your order is on the way. For UK orders, this usually will mean that your order will be delivered the following day. However, any delays from when the order is dispatched is down to the postal services and unfortunately out of our hands!
If your order is attempted to be delivered and no-one is there to sign for the package, you will then have to re-schedule a delivery and/or collect your order from your local postal office. If you fail to do this and your order gets returned to us, there will then be a packaging and redelivery fee to have this sent back to you.
For international orders, you can use the tracking reference we provide with your countries postal couriers websites:
i.e USA - www.usps.com, Canada - www.canadapost.ca, Sweden - www.posten.se etc.
Orders are sent using the Royal Mail 'STANDARD DELIVERY' service. if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
Please be aware for international orders that there may be delays at customs which are beyond our control.
Secure ordering and payment options
We accept only accept all credit card and PayPal. All payments must be made at the Checkout stage before an order is confirmed.
All currencies are accepted, we are currently working on adding a currency converter feature to the site for our international customers, in the meantime we recommend Google currency converter.
What do I do when I can't purchase an item?
If you are ever experiencing difficulties with our site or check out system and want to proceed with an order you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and the order can be dealt with securely via PayPal separate to the site. Simply email with the item required, size and any other information and we can do the rest.
Wash at 30 degrees. Tumble dry safe. We advise turn T-shirts inside out when washing to avoid any abrasion during washing machine cycle. Dry flat or on line to drip dry and shape whilst damp.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your order (and hopefully come back for more!) but if for some reason you are not happy with the result of your order please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt by emailing email@example.com outlining the issue so we can resolve this directly with you and see how we can help.
May we remind you to bear in mind before purchase because of the personalised nature of the products - in that all items are individually hand created just for you - we are unable to refund you and resell it. If you need any help when it comes to sizing or queries about designs or the garments please do email us as we are always eager to assist in a timely manner!
However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, we can refund you or replace it - please see ‘FAULTY ITEMS’.
We quality check all of our goods before dispatch to ensure they are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.
In the event that a product has a fault, please email us to report this; it is usually more helpful to provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem).
Please do not send your products back to us without contacting us first.
We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to cover the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is checked. If we are at fault then we will reimburse delivery postage costs. Please note Like Totally Clothing reserves the right to reject your refund or exchange request.
Please return your item within 7 days of receipt, in the original condition (with tags, no marks or signs of wear).
